Hawkesyard Golf Open Weekend..19th & 20th May 2012

Saturday 19th- Free Junior coaching at 11am with bouncy castle, bbq (weather permitting), exclusive membership offer and other exhibitors. £12 pp for coffee on arrival, 18 holes followed by soup and a crusty roll.

The combination of Practice Range, 18 hole course, large practice green and extensive coaching and practice facilities offers all golfer’s the opportunity to firstly experience, then continue to learn and finally to excel at this sport.

Grips


If your grips are old and worn out they will highly likely be shiny and it will be difficult to feel the correct pressure in your hands.  Your hands will hold on to the club a lot firmer than necessary which will reduce the release in the follow through.

Work is well under way on the NEW practice bunker at the Golf Academy.

Pro-Ams give you the opportunity to play in a number of top quality events.
They provide the chance to have a great day golfing at a good venue, win some prizes and to play with a professional.

Events are usually one pro and 3 amateurs, with the best 2 scores counting on each hole. There are also usually longest drive and nearest the pin prizes plus much more.
They are a great day out for you and your friends or can be used as part of a corporate event to entertain clients.
